Who stole our moon flag and collection of lunar rocks?

In this episode, we turn back the clock to a time when many Kenyans could be proud to know that a piece of their country made it to the moon. In 1969 Apolo 11 astronauts took a miniature Kenyan flag with them as they made history. After their incredible achievement, the flag was returned and handed over to President Jomo Kenyatta’s Secretary to the Cabinet and Head of Civil Service Geoffrey Kariithi. The story of this flag ends with a twist and controversy. Come with me as we fly to the moon.
