Constitutional lawyer Ndegwa Njiru and Law Society of Kenya (LSK) Vice President Faith Odhiambo have accused the President and his advisors of making unconstitutional appointments and decisions, including the appointment of 50 Chief Administrative Secretaries (CAS).
