Defending champions Gor Mahia on Saturday moved seven points clear at the top of the FKF Premier League after narrowly edging out Posta Rangers 1-0 in a top of the table clash staged at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.
Kennedy Onyango’s first half header was enough to hand Gor maximum points as the record Kenyan champions stretched their lead at the top of the table to 37 points after 17 matches.
Alpha Onyango delivered a 40th minute corner that was met by a rushing Kennedy who headed past a helpless Michael Wanjala in goal for Posta.

Posta slumped to third with 29 points same as Bandari. The Dockers defeated Nzoia Sugar 1-0 in Mombasa.
