An NG-CDF driver has been arraigned in court over the murder of a bouncer in Homa Bay County.
Kennedy Ogalo Osano, a driver of a vehicle owned by Kasipul NGCDF, was arraigned in Oyugis court over the murder of Evans Okoda in the Rawinji area in Oyugis town on the night of May 2 and 3.
Okoda was found dead in the ="https://www.standardmedia.co.ke/health/nyanza/article/2001494439/police-launch-investigation-after-murder-of-homa-bay-bouncer">compound of his rented house< in Oyugis town with serious injuries on his head while his right fingers were chopped off at the wrist.
In a testimony given in court by Rachuonyo South Sub-County Criminal Discrimination Investigations Officer David Kiriu, Osano's phone call data linked him with the murder.
"He made a lot of phone calls between May 2 afternoon and on May 3 in Oyugis town. We gathered call data which linked Osano with the incident," Kirui said.
