Rainfall to continue in several parts of Kenya this week

Rainfall will continue to hit several parts of the country in the coming week, the Kenya Meteorological Department has said.
In the latest weather outlook of March 25 - 31 released on Monday, the Weatherman predicted precipitation with isolated heavy rains.
Parts of the highlands East and West of the Rift Valley, the Lake Victoria Basin, the Rift Valley, the Southeastern lowlands, and Northeastern Kenya will receive isolated rainfall.
Daytime temperature over the forecasted period will hit 30°C at the Coast in northeastern and Northwestern Kenya.
While the nighttime temperatures will drop to 10°C in Central Highlands and Central Rift Valley.

Residents of the aforementioned regions are advised to be vigilant of flooding, especially in low-lying areas.
They are also advised to be cautious of heat-related conditions by staying hydrated and avoiding too much exposure to the sun.
