Former IEBC boss Issack Hassan appointed IPOA Chair, Jaguar joins CAJ

Former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chair Issack Hassan and former Starehe MP Charles Njagua are among President William Ruto’s latest appointees.
This is after President Ruto appointed the Chairperson and Members of the Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ), the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) Board, and the National Gender and Equality Commission (NGEC).
In the Gazette Notice dated December 5, Ruto has named Hassan to Chair IPOA and the former MP, popularly known as Jaguar, as a member of CAJ alongside Dorothy Jemator Kimengech.
The appointments were Gaetted after parliamentary approval process.
Ruto has also appointed Rehema Dida Jaldesa and Michael Mbithuka Nzomo to be chair and member of NGEC respectively.

The appointments will also see Charles Orinda Dulo chair CAJ.
Annette Mudola Mbogoh (Dr.), Kenwilliams Nyakomitah, Ann Wanjiku Mwangi, Boniface Kipkemoi Samati, Jackline Lukalo Mwenesi, John Muchiri Nyaga, Micah Onyiego Nyakego (Dr.) to be members of the Independent Policing Oversight Authority.
