The race for the top four in the Kenya Cup heats up this weekend, with a pivotal clash between Kenya Harlequin and Nondescripts at Ngong Racecourse Grounds.
With just two points separating fourth-placed Quins (19 points) and fifth-placed Nondies (17 points), today’s fixture promises to be a high-stakes showdown.
Nondies will be buoyed by their victory over Quins last season and are keen to extend their dominance. However, Quins, armed with three bonus points from their opening four games, are determined to maintain their spot in the top four and solidify their push for playoffs.
Meanwhile, the battle to preserve an unbeaten record rages on among defending champions Kabras Sugar, KCB Rugby, and Menengai Oilers, all of whom have won their first four matches. Kabras Sugar host struggling Mwamba at the ASK Showground in Kakamega.
Mwamba, winless and languishing at the bottom of the table, face a daunting task against a Kabras side that has shown no signs of weakness.
