Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has threatened legal action against a property firm over allegations linking him to an unpaid Sh25 million for an apartment.

Through his lawyer, Moses Mabeya, Gachagua dismissed the claims as defamatory, insisting he was a stranger to any arrangements between Julia Muthoni Mwangi and Royal Importers and Exporters Limited. He demanded an apology within 24 hours or face a defamation suit.
