Security beefed up in Nakuru after murder of sex workers

The Government has beefed up security in Nakuru town following the recent spate of killings targeting commercial sex workers in the town. County Commissioner Joshua Nkanatha and Nakuru Governor Kinuthia Mbugua said the incidents will be eradicated and those responsible brought to book.

But Nkanatha said contrary to reports that seven commercial workers had been murdered by a serial killer, security agencies had established that only three women had been killed.
