Jubilee leaders have expressed optimism that the case facing Deputy President William Ruto and Joshua Sang at the ICC is on the brink of collapsing following last week's proceedings at the court.
Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen and Energy Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter who accompanied the DP to The Hague said the prosecution had failed to prove there was a network and that the violence was planned. Mr Murkomen said going by the no-case-to-answer motion, it is only a matter of time before the case collapses, "if ICC is a professional court."
"The prosecution was unable to prove that there was a network," said Mr Keter.
