Nairobi-based strategic communications and public relations consultancy Climavox has affirmed its ambition in becoming a regional player in strategic media engagement and cooperate storytelling.

In a press release, the firm said it will keep strengthening its presence in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Ethiopia while venturing into the new markets of Ghana and Zambia.

“With this expansion, Climavox is now better positioned to support clients seeking greater visibility and editorial reach beyond their home markets,” the statement reads.

The consultancy has built strategic relationships with leading legacy and online news platforms across all seven countries, enabling more dynamic and context-specific media strategies for organizations operating across the continent.

Speaking about the expansion, Enock Bii, founder and CEO at Climavox, noted the growing demand for cross-border communication services driven by regional integration, digital media growth, and increased investment in Africa.

“Africa’s stories are interconnected, and organizations today need media strategies that reflect that reality,” Bii said. “This expansion allows us to help our clients speak to wider, more relevant audiences credibly and consistently.”

With this new regional focus, Bii added, the firm aims to support businesses, nonprofits, and public sector actors in sectors such as finance, tech, agriculture, climate change, rural development, and public policy.

The expansion comes at a time when many African brands are seeking more cohesive communication strategies that resonate across multiple countries, particularly as digital media becomes the primary channel for public engagement.

The firm hopes its extended network will allow it to develop and execute regionally attuned campaigns, media outreach strategies, and thought leadership visibility for clients operating in multiple markets.

“We’re not just expanding reach, we’re deepening relationships with editors and newsrooms who shape narratives across the continent,” added Bii.

He revealed that the firm has already begun working with partners in Accra and Lusaka to localize communications strategies and support media placements that align with market-specific trends and audiences,

“just as we have been doing in Nairobi, Kampala, Dar es Salaam, Kigali and Addis Ababa.” Climavox said.

Climavox said it is focused on maintaining credibility, cultural relevance, and editorial value in how its clients communicate.
