Colic in Children; the A-Z of Disease Podcast
The A-Z of Disease
Jan. 25, 2024
When a young baby between the ages of 0-4 months cries for no apparent reason for more than three or four hours a day, three or more days a week may be having colic. Doctors do not yet know the cause of colic, but it may be due to digestion problems or sensitivity to something in the baby’s milk that the mother ate or the formula. Rose Mukonyo discusses Colic in this episode with Dr Peninah Musyoka, Pediatrician, at Machakos Children’s Clinic.
